Kellie and her team take on the project of estate and property clean-up with compassion, energy, know-how, and a plan. Kellie and her team will recycle, donate, and discard things in a way that will not harm the environment providing a respectful clean-up, donating to organizations that will benefit those that can use the otherwise discarded items that will in turn keep unwanted items out of landfills.
After a scheduled walk-through of the property and evaluation of the spaces that need to be cleared out, Kellie can give a very accurate estimate for the time the project will take and the cost involved, usually within 24 hours.
A typical 3–4-bedroom home will usually take 4-5 days to clear. Garages, pool houses, outbuildings, tool sheds, and barns will add time to this typical estimate.
The price that Kellie quotes will include all the equipment, personnel, materials, and fees that it will take to clear the property that she and her team are hired to clear.
Kellie and her team will be mindful to keep watch for things that the trustee, family, or owners have misplaced or couldn’t locate when they went through the property to remove items that they wanted. Kellie requires a detailed description of the item(s) and in most cases can find and return the items to the owner(s).
Kellie and her team will leave the agreed-on areas of the property free of trash and the interiors of the spaces, “broom swept”. If more thorough cleaning is required, Kellie can offer a list of vendors that can be hired to do a more thorough cleaning of the spaces that have been cleared.
